Yes. Courses are labelled beginner, intermediate or advanced. Machine Learning Basics, Web Development Fundamentals and Business Strategy 101 are beginner level.

The certificate is a Upskill Course certificate of completion. Nothing on the site claims formal accreditation or university credit, so please don't assume it carries either.
